Room 303, Monday Afternoon

Between training Dinah, getting his own body back into shape- neglecting it for a few weeks hadn't done too much damage, but there was still some to make up for- and navigating the increasingly familiar strangeness of this place, Arthur's days were slowly filling up with things to do.
However, that didn't mean that at some indefinable point in the afternoon, he wouldn't find himself bored as all hell, sitting down on his bed. The idea that he had no duties here but going to class wasn't nearly as nice as some may have thought.
Nevermind the enduring trouble in getting home. He was attempting to speed up the healing of his arm with his mind by now.
[[ open door, open room! ]]

Date: 2009-02-16 02:53 pm (UTC)whatever she may be doing this afternoonother stuff, Dinah headed down to 303 to check to see if Leto would show her the baliset again, since that had been thwarted on Saturday. She rapped her knuckles on the open door, eyebrows going up when she saw both roommates there, for once. "Hey guys. Ooo, yay, baliset!"

Date: 2009-02-16 03:01 pm (UTC)No matter what, she'd always have better manners than Arthur. Too bad he didn't care about that.

Date: 2009-02-16 03:22 pm (UTC)Why had she thought this was a good idea, again?
"I sing well," Dinah muttered, and then tried to look attentive, watching Leto's hands. Great. More images.

Date: 2009-02-16 03:34 pm (UTC)Except that for the Discovery Channel song, all the ones in her head were now flirty or dirty or both. Thanks, Leto.

Date: 2009-02-16 03:40 pm (UTC)"Please sing, Dinah," Leto encouraged her, reaching out to pull her hair away from her face. "Don't listen to Arthur. I'm sure you sing better than him."

Date: 2009-02-16 03:48 pm (UTC)"I love the mountains
I love the clear blue skies
I love big bridges
I love when great whites fly
I love the whole world
And all its sights and sounds
Boom-dee-ah-da, boom-dee-ah-da
Boom-dee-ah-da, boom-dee-ah-da..."
Maybe a little louder than she had to.

Date: 2009-02-16 03:53 pm (UTC)"While you're tearing down the ceiling, Dinah..." he started, then gave Leto another look. "My singing is well enough when it's needed," he said.
Which would be never, as far as he was concerned.

Date: 2009-02-16 03:58 pm (UTC)I love the oceans
I love real dirty things
I love to go fast
I love Egyptian kings
I love the whole world
And all its craziness
Boom-dee-ah-da, boom-dee-ah-da
Boom-dee-ah-da, boom-dee-ah-da ...
And Leto, please don't notice the blush at the double entendre there, and please don't comment, and oh man, why is she still singing, again?

She gave Leto a good glare for starting this mess too.
