Arthur and Merlin's Room, Llanuwchllyn

There had been plans made earlier in this holiday, and Arthur was finally back to himself - and prepared - enough to go through with it. Which is why Merlin and Arthur had finally excused themselves and headed towards one of the bedrooms with en-suite.

Far out of hearing range.

Now, Arthur was fiddling with the restraints he'd gotten. Just strips of fabric, really, but Merlin wasn't exactly a pioneer of strength. "All right then."

He'd long since learned that trying the seduction routine on Merlin would only lead to tears, so he'd keep it simple.

Merlin, ladies and gentlemen. The master of saying dirty things without even noticing.

"Home," Arthur told him, who wasn't Francine and ergo had a smirk on his face, courtesy of noticing. "Is full of squirrels."

"That is true," Merlin admitted, fiddling with his shirt before takign it off. "Does the door have a lock?"

The last thing he wanted was for one of the girls to wander on in.

...That would be a bit of a nightmare.

Arthur turned, tossing the restraints on the bed, and went for the door.

There was a quiet click as the lock shut into place. "So it would seem," he said, and yanked his own shirt over his head.

In that time, Merlin had struggled out of his jeans and was sitting on the bed in only a pair of boxers. They might have been a stolen pair of Arthur's, actually.

Look, he wasn't the best at packing for these trips.

"Ready?"

"Are you?"

Arthur would choose to keep his trousers on for the moment. Just because. He reached towards the first firm piece of cloth, snatching it off the bed. "Lay back."

"Okay!" Merlin replied brightly, scooting a bit so he would be comfortable on the bed with his hands bound to the headboard.

Really, the smile wasn't necessary.

But adorable.

In a disturbing way that Arthur wouldn't elaborate on.

Instead, he crawled onto the bed, brushing down to kiss that smile once before he moved on with anything else.

Oh. Well then.

Merlin wrapped an arm around Arthur's neck, pulling him in for a deeper kiss. Because the door was locked and they had plenty of time for this, after all.

See, and here Arthur had had a plan that was now taking a bit longer than anticipated.

He didn't really care, licking into Merlin's mouth, reaching for his other wrist.

"Enjoying your holiday so far?" Merlin asked, pulling back to press a kiss to the corner of Arthur's lips.

"Greatly," Arthur said. His eyes softened a little.

He reached behind him to gently pluck Merlin's other wrist away from his neck.

"Well then. I think that's the sign of a good trip," Merlin informed him, letting his arms be moved as necessary for this little exercise.

"If we can't get home after graduation," he murmured, pulling Merlin's wrists up to the headboard. It took a little shifting, but he could manage to start the knot without taking his face far from Merlin's, "I want to come back here."

Merlin just nodded, rubbing Arthur's calf with his foot now that his hands were out of the equation. "Of course."

Arthur nodded, shallow against Merlin's face, and let go of the knot he'd just created. "Give it a tug," he instructed, pressing his lips to Merlin's again.

Merlin tugged on his hands, finding them in place, but not so much that he couldn't force himself free if need be.

"Perfect!"

Arthur couldn't help but laugh once at that kind of enthusiasm.

"Glad you approve," he said, dryly, and travelled lower, licking at Merlin's throat.

Well, this was one of Merlin's sordid little fantasies, after all. "What did you have planned?"

"I thought the point of this was that you'd be at my mercy," Arthur observed, kissing the hollow of that throat just above his collar bones.

"So, you're not going to tell me?" Merlin asked, squirming just a little now.

"Exactly," he murmured, leaning further down, pressing his lips to Merlin's nipple.

More than just a little now. "Prat."

This was just cruel of him, you know.

Wasn't that the point?

Arthur smirked, tonguing it almost idly. He was going to take his time now that he had the chance, thank you, and let his fingers slide along Merlin's thighs.

Merlin flopped back, closing his eyes and trying not to keep squirming around on the bed. "You could at least give me a hint."
